The location of this hotel was fantastic, just off the Royal Mile. It was convenient for exploring the city and close to parks and outdoor areas. The room was great, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, with good quality ingredients and a nice touch with the birthday card and chocolates in the room.
The restaurant had a limited dinner menu and the service was disorganized and slow. Some staff seemed careless and provided sluggish service.
